In the Community March 5

In the Community March 5, 2012

A Weekly Calendar of Diversity Events

from The Alliance for Cultural and Ethnic Harmony

"Believe nothing…merely because you have been told it…or because it is traditional, or because you yourselves have imagined it.  Do not believe what your teacher tells you merely out of respect for the teacher; but whatsoever after due examination and analysis, you find to be conducive to the good, the benefit, the welfare of all beings.  That doctrine, believe and cling to, and take it as your guide."   Siddhartha Gautama Buddha

ACEH was founded in Holland in 1999 and is committed to justice, equal opportunity, cross-cultural understanding, and appreciation for diversity.  Members and friends work together through programs, advocacy, social events, and publications and seek to make West Michigan a place where all people are welcomed and respected.
