Wed, May 27, 7 pm:  Kairos USA-Holland/Zeeland.  Speaker, Cody O'Rourke of Gladwin, MI, a representative of Christian Peacemakers Teams "that wage nonviolent actions in possible lethal situations in Hebron, the West Bank"  will speak about "what living  under the Occupation feels like if you are in Hebron." Wed, May 13, 6 pm:  Film "Black or White," featuring Kevin Costner and Octavia Spencer seeking custody of a granddaughter.  They "confront their true feelings about race, forgiveness, and understanding. Based on real events, the movie is a look at two seemingly different worlds, in which nothing is as simple as black and white."  PG-13, 121 minutes. Yared, who is doing research to write a book about Crane's life and story.
