Fri, Aug 31 through Sun, Sept 2:  7th annual Tulipanes Latino Art and Film Festival.  Includes free feature films ("Happy Feet" at 8:30 pm, Aug 31, Centennial Park), documentaries, art exhibits, children's mural creation, piñata, music and dance performances, children's storyteller, Salsa Night (8 pm, Sept 1; tickets $15 at door of Holland Armory), paso fino horse demonstration, food booths; bilingual worship service (3 pm Sept 2, Centennial Park).
