How?" informational program with speaker Susan Reed, Michigan regional attorney with Justice for Our Neighbors, a service of the national Methodist Church with clinics in Holland and Grand Rapids.  Sponsored by League of Women Voters of Holland.  At St. Francis de Sales Church, Maple Ave at 13th St, Holland.

 

Mon, Sept 17, 7 pm: Award-winning poet and playwright Cornelius Eady reads from his works.  Eady is also co-founder, with poet Toi Derricote, of Cave Canem, a summer workshop and retreat for African American poets.  Hope College Jack Ridl Visiting Writers Series.  Jazz group performs at 6:30 pm.  At Knickerbocker Theatre, 86 East 8th St., Holland.
