Tues, Aug 2, 7 am to 8 pm: Michigan primary election. In Ottawa County, millage renewals for Herrick District Library and Ottawa County Parks will be on the ballot.
Sun, August 14, 1 pm to 4 pm: 18th annual Potluck in the Park hosted by the Alliance for Cultural and Ethnic Harmony (ACEH). Bring a dish to share from your culture, and a lawn chair or blanket for extra seating. ACEH provides beverages and table service. Come enjoy music, activities for all ages, pie-eating contest, musical tiles, prizes, and more. Invite family, neighbors, friends, co-workers, people new to West Michigan. Info at 396-2201.
