Music, dance, and good movies on Saturday, Sept. 12, and Sunday, Sept. 13, will highlight the 9th annual Tulipanes Latino Art & Film Festival, which highlights artistic and economic contributions of Latinos. All events are free, except for Salsa Night. Food vendors will sell items at Centennial Park on Saturday. The website is www.tulipanes.org
