Mon, Nov 24, 7 pm: 15th annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Celebration. Give thanks, promote peace with prayers, music, sacred writings, reflections; presentations from Baha'i, Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, more. Will take donations for Downtown Food Pantry (peanut butter, beef stew) and Habitat for Humanity. Saturday, Dec. 6, 5 pm to 8:30 pm: ACEH Holiday Potluck and Cultural Sharing Party. Annual ACEH community event, with entertainment, music, children's activities, silent auction, great food, fun and fellowship.
---Please bring a dish to share from your cultural background, and a nonperishable, healthy food or personal hygiene item for local food bank.
---ACEH provides beverages and table service.
---Great variety of silent auction items: many restaurant/coffee shop cards, gift baskets, specialty crafts, paintings and photographs, office supplies, and lots more fun and interesting items. CASH or CHECKS only, please.

Community Action House is scheduling interviews (now to Dec 19) for participation in its EPIC (Empowering People in Our Community) program which offers coaching and assistance for better employment and career opportunities.
